Hi, I'm Amanda Devine, a therapist dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, build sustainable coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

In my work, I integrate evidence-based practices — DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) — with holistic interventions such as mindfulness, grounding practices, somatic awareness, metaphysical tools, and intuitive reflection. I believe healing is most effective when it honors both the mind and the deeper intuitive self.

My style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I meet clients exactly where they are, offering practical skills for emotion regulation, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and identifying strengths that already exist beneath the surface. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, polyamory-affirming, and trauma-informed, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients can show up authentically.
