In a world of perpetual distraction, the therapy room remains one of the few places where two people — therapist and client — can have an uninterrupted conversation. My office is a space where you will be met with grace, wherever you are in your story. You are not alone, and connection is possible.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), my approach blends different frameworks in order to tailor sessions to meet your individual needs. These may include person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other mindfulness-based practices. I'm grateful to spend my days studying human nature, while also helping to illuminate a pathway to relieve others' suffering.

Working with diverse clients is my aim, with attunement to the areas of couples, chronic pain or illness, divorce, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship issues.
If you prefer the comforts of home, teletherapy is offered to anyone in the state of Tennessee. For those who prefer the great outdoors, "walk and talk" sessions are available (weather permitting) for those in the Maryville area.
